Keep it aside. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds, let them crackle. Now add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté them until translucent or for about 2-3 minutes. After 2 to 3 minutes, add the curry leaves. Once they sizzle, add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it till the raw smell leaves. Now, add the chili coriander fenugreek mixture. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. Now, add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the tamarind water, salt and fish pieces. Let it cook for 15 minutes. Just give it a slight shake at regular intervals or the fish may break if stirred heavily. Serve with rice.    ORANGE SPICE COOKIES: Ingredients: Flour   3 cups Baking powder  3 tsp Cloves   ½ tsp Cinnamon  1 tsp Nutmeg   1 tsp Orange juice   of 1 orange Orange zest  0f 1 orange Cocoa powder  1 tbsp Caster sugar  1 cup Vanilla essence  ½ tsp Eggs    2 Butter, softened  6 tbsp Milk   ½ cup For Glaze: Icing sugar  ½ cup Milk   1 tbsp   Method: Beat all the ingredients and shape the cookies into small balls and bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes on a lined baking sheet. Once cooled dip in glaze.   Whisk the sugar and milk until well combined. Drizzle over cookies or dip them in. For a thicker glaze on the cookies, increase the amount of powdered sugar.'
